What we do

Remote graphic recording

When we can’t be in the room, or there is no room, our studio artists draw your meeting live on a digital canvas and stream it to everyone.

You still need the big picture

Remote meetings are now normal, and travel budgets keep shrinking. But fragments, bullets and half-sentences from attendees’ notes are not enough.

A dedicated virtual graphic recorder matters even more when people are in different time zones, listening through laptop speakers, or juggling other work during the call.

How it works

Much the same as markers on boards: we capture the key ideas with visual metaphors, on a touchscreen instead of paper, and stream the canvas over a fast connection.

Your notes can be shown live, shared in the breaks or sent after the meeting. Digital boards scale to any size, and we can make a time-lapse video of yours being drawn.

Value, not extra cost

Remote graphic recording lets any team picture any meeting, not just the once-a-year summit. There is no travel, accommodation or materials to pay for, so the savings pass to you.

You still get the same prep calls and the full-team support ImageThink is known for.
